1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Cyno.gg platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Cyno.gg provides game enhancement utilities and related services, accessible on an application-only basis. Our services include but are not limited to: software tools, status monitoring, community features, subscription management, and customer support.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Access to the Service is granted by application; we reserve the right to approve or reject any membership application at our sole discretion.

4. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
  • Each account is limited to one user and one device (HWID-bound).

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of our software
  • Share, resell, distribute, or sublicense our software or account access to any third party
  • Use the Service to cheat, defraud, or harm other users or third parties
  • Attempt to bypass security measures, rate limits, or access controls
  • Use the Service in violation of applicable laws or game terms of service
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or our staff
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without authorization

6. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Access to our Service is provided through paid subscription plans.
  • Payments are processed through Stripe (credit/debit cards) and NOWPayments (cryptocurrency).
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase and are evaluated case-by-case.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, logos, and materials available through the Service are the property of Cyno.gg or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal use only.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent activity or payment disputes
  • Sharing or reselling access
  • Abuse of other users or staff
  • Extended inactivity (as defined by our policies)

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and any prepaid fees may be forfeited depending on the reason for termination.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not warrant that any game enhancement tool will remain undetected by anti-cheat systems indefinitely.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CYNO.GG AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
  • Any action taken by anti-cheat systems against your game accounts
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
  • Any bugs, viruses, or similar issues transmitted through the Service

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cyno.gg and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of any third party.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cyno.gg is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
